Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you place an order, request a quote, or use any service from Zibah Foods and More.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By placing an order, requesting a quote, booking a service, or otherwise using the Zibah Foods and More website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. About us

Zibah Foods and More (trading as Zibah Foods) is a premium food, catering, private chef, weekend kitchen, cakes and small-chops business based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. References in these terms to "we", "us" or "our" mean Zibah Foods and More.

3. Definitions

Services means our Weekend Kitchen orders, catering, private chef experiences, bespoke cakes, small-chops, dessert cups, and any related consultation or delivery. Customer means any person who orders, books, or requests a quote.

4. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent/guardian, to place an order or sign a quote.

5. Orders & confirmation

An order is only confirmed when you receive a written confirmation from us (by email or order receipt). Until then we may decline or change an order — for example if an item is unavailable, an address is out of our delivery range, or details cannot be verified.

6. Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees, service fees, and add-ons are shown before checkout. For catering, cakes and private chef bookings, payment terms (deposit, balance, refund window) are set in your individual quote.

7. Weekend Kitchen cutoffs

Weekend Kitchen orders must be placed before 7:00 PM (Europe/Amsterdam) the day before your chosen pickup or delivery date. Orders placed after the cutoff cannot be guaranteed and may be moved to the next available day.

8. Delivery & pickup

We deliver within agreed areas around Amsterdam. Delivery windows are estimates; we will keep you informed of any delays. Pickup orders must be collected within the window stated in your confirmation; uncollected orders may be donated and are not refundable.

9. Cancellations & changes

Weekend Kitchen orders may be modified or cancelled free of charge before the 7:00 PM cutoff. After cutoff, ingredients have been purchased and orders are non-refundable. Catering, cake, and private chef bookings follow the cancellation schedule in your signed quote — typically full refund up to 14 days before the event, 50% up to 7 days, and non-refundable inside 7 days.

10. Catering & private chef bookings

Catering and private chef bookings are confirmed only when the deposit stated in your quote has been received. Final headcount and dietary needs must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event. Late changes may incur additional charges.

11. Cake quotes

Cake quotes are valid for 14 days. Design changes after quote acceptance may affect the final price. Inspiration photos shared with us are used as reference only; every cake is individually crafted and may differ slightly from any reference.

12. Allergens & dietary requirements

Please disclose all allergies and dietary requirements when ordering. Our kitchen handles common allergens including milk, eggs, gluten, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, shellfish, and fish; cross-contact may occur. We cannot guarantee that any dish is entirely free of an allergen.

13. Food safety & consumption

Once delivered or collected, food should be consumed within 24 hours or refrigerated/reheated as advised. We are not responsible for issues arising from improper storage, reheating, or consumption outside our written guidance.

14. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, photography, branding, designs) belongs to Zibah Foods and More or our licensors and may not be reused without written permission.

15. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order or booking is limited to the amount you paid for that order or booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or third-party costs).

16. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including extreme weather, transport disruption, supplier failure, illness, or government restrictions. Where possible, we will reschedule or refund affected orders.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always shown on this page; the version that applies to your order is the one in effect at the time you placed the order.
